Welcome to the Housing Page! A place where you can talk about your houses and let everyone know where they're located and who's living there and so on. You can also ask questions about housing in general here.
Simple guidelines:
1. House expansions aren't meant to be used on any kinds of apartments, as that would mean expanding inside a building, rather than a house.
2. Characters are free to have big yards. However, any yards that go over 50 acres should be discussed with the moderator team. Nightwake doesn't have infinite amounts of space, so the plots can't be humongous in size. One option is extend the yard via portal dimensions, if characters run out of space.
3. Those who want a giant yard can get the new "Segment Housing Permits" to get a protected plot in the seasonal segments. This can be bought from Rewards.
We have a simple form for you, but no one is obliged to use it.

Aside from the Temple or Death and Temple of Life, there are smaller, unnamed temples around the Summer Segment.
Nightwake Central District

Location: A cute little apartment complex nestled amongst the many other state homes.
Free Zone: It's still coming together, but has been becoming more homely as the months pass. Decorated with a small cluster of Lawubus of various people both in this world and not, as well as a fairly detailed portrait that he painted during the festival honoring the dead depicting four figures from behind as well as one figure surrounded by a bright light floating above them. There is also a small, poorly made wooden sculpture of his pet dragon on his nightstand next to his bed. By the front door, there are a bunch of potted plants, most obviously two pots of dragon-shaped topiaries that may come to life and attack you if you mean any harm, as well as a bunch of pesky vines that will definitely attack whether you mean harm or not (He doesn't know they do that yet). Occasionally, a Post-it note can be found on the wall, screaming that he has to stop being an idiot and touch more people.

Location: Tucked away from the main settlement to the side toward Blossomcrown.
Free Zone: A decent sized rustic looking house styled in an old-timey way with plenty of wood and brick, however outfitted with modern amenities (like plumbing and electricity), a huge bathroom and plenty of space. There are also several spare rooms for The Kids (most of whom are adults now) in case they visit. There's a yard with a small vegetable garden, some fruit trees and simple outdoor furniture, and it's located near some public woods or park, fairly isolated from other buildings/settlements.

Location: Closer to the district center
Free Zone: A traditional Japanese house with a smaller extra house attached to it, connected by a large outer deck. The yard has both a stone garden but also space for grass for their pets to roam in.

Location: A bit closer to the main Nightwake central district, yet still somewhat tucked away, closer to the side of Sunwaning's entryway. It's as close to the Safe route as possible without literally being inside/on it or obscuring too much, and basically the location is because Wolfram wants an easy access point back to both Sunwaning and able to more easily cross over into (or from) the Summer flower yard if it ever becomes necessary in the future, since Wolfram came in as a Summer, not Autumn.
Free Zone: So Yuuri's house in Kyou Kara Maou's lore, anime edition (the anime's settings of which in general the official novels art arist was extremely impressed by according to an old interview, especially of the castle, and confirmed they didn't always have specific plans for setting layouts in comparison-...), is a decently large for an "average Japanese boy" two-story building with large sliding doors leading in from the backyard, akin to a traditional-style Japanese home's architecture despite overall looking more modern from the front. Wolf thus uses Housing Permit A to gain a home of a similar look, though it's definitely more traditional and not 1:1 exact to Yuuri's house. However large the ground floor starts out as, Wolf needs it large enough in height all around to fit at least similar to if not exact most of Yuuri's (and technically Wolfram's by virtue of being Yuuri's "fiance") "master" bedroom from the castle - at least the bed in itself - so Wolf accounts for that when getting the home. Right now the inside of the master bedroom especially is pretty empty, as is a number of other rooms in the house (while others are being worked on, slowly...) but the outside too does look like a traditional Japanese home, and it's being serviced? (+with plumbing and electricity) thanks to Housing Permit A, because who knows what Wolf would have to do if Wolf had to fix a broken toilet or pipes or something
despair. However big the yard that can come with it is, Wolf is definitely going to try tending to it, but for now, Aka{i} the horse can be seen grazing here until then, it basically just needs enough grass for Aka{i} (Wolf calls her "Aka" as a nickname).Wolf also hangs up various portraits Wolfram painted of Yuuri, Greta & co. around the home; Yuuri and Greta's especially will hang directly somewhere visible around where the castle's bed would go.
For now, Wolf's using a spare bed but that one will be likely moved to another room if the castle bedroom can happen.
Some spare room likely contains another more recently painted by Wolf portrait of Shinou/The True{/"Original"} King too but it's
kept out of immediate view for the most part, as Wolfram wouldn't allow anyone into the room that wasn't close (or becoming close).
The next largest room would be the bath{room} area, as Wolfram definitely wanted a large bath similar to the one in the castle/connected to their room as well, however it might not be exactly as large as that one was.
Wolfram might have plans to make use of the home in the future as something that could be useful to other Otherworlders as well.

The last image is specifically from the final episodes of the 2nd season's anime-original ending.
