Pokémon are listed on the Additional Powers page.

Animal Shelters

NameDescription
Coffee RatsA species of rats that absolutely loves coffee and their main diet consists of coffee beans and liquid coffee. They're popular among coffee connoisseurs, as they can detect the quality of coffee by scent and taste, often rejecting tea if it's not up to standards. They also eat tea leaves, but not as enthusiastically.
Domestic AnimalsDomesticated animals can be usually found from shelters in the city districts. Usually they're trained to be harmless (or are harmless naturally), but there are always exceptions.
Domestic Magical AnimalsDomesticated magical animals are found from some of the animal shelters in the districts. They're usually your regular animals with different colors and some elemental abilities (think of them being like shiny Pokémon). Due to their magical attributes they can be a little unpredictable, but good pets.
New Fairy BunniesBunnies with fairy wings and cute ribbons. During Yuletide they fly all around Nightwake and bring mistletoes over to pairs who seem like couples to them. Sometimes they will also hang around very sad looking people and try to get them a kiss. These bunnies can be easily bribed to leave someone alone or to pick a specific target by giving them dandelions to snack on. It's also likely that they will stay around after they get tired of carrying around mistletoes (they can't even nibble on them since they're poisonous) and just sleep on someone's lap or shoulder. They can be offered a home, but they will leave occasionally to do fairy business, but will come back if they're befriended/adopted "officially".
Fairy SealsThese critters are small, always pup sized and magical seals, and they're... kinda round and very fluffy. Their magic consists of making anything they touch taste like fish, so they can eat anything and enjoy it. Occasionally they also make people and things taste like fish, but are unable to eat them - but they do lick a lot. They enjoy swimming, but aren't exactly aquatic creatures.
New Library OwlsOwls that live in the underground library. They're intelligent owls that oversee the library and just live there because they enjoy being there. If someone offers them a snack, they will perch on the person's arm or shoulder.
Lightbulb WalkiesFriendly monsters that light the way for people. They've been popular at Nightwake festivals, but no one's seen them in a long time. Apparently, all of them have ended up getting lost in the Silent Mountains. They have recently started to make a return.
Odder OttersThree different sorts of otter familiars who love arranging parties and helping with various household tasks. They're easily befriended with fish. There's the regular Odder Otter (wears a straw hat and carries a lantern), Abroad Otter (wears a hawaii shirt, a fishing hat and carries a fishing rod) and Posher Otter (wears a steampunk hat, west and carries a lantern).
Pegasus DogsPegasus Dogs are, as the name suggests, magical flying dogs with multicolored wings. Young puppies can't use their wings very well, but they're fast and jump high. They're all very harmless and the worst they can do is cuddle someone into submission. The Pegasus Dogs are all various different breeds and the only thing same about them is that they all have multicolored wings.
New Sugar Plum FairiesLong time ago they went almost extinct thanks to monsters hunting them down. They smell very sweet and floral, even in their mote form, and taste very good. They even give someone a power boost, which is why monsters are so keen on eating them. They grow to a size of a Common Blackbird. A vase full of special lily of the valley will invite the Sugar Plum Fairies to visit the house the lilies are in to perform some simple maintenance like cleaning corners hard to get to or cleansing bad magical energies.
Tea MiceA species of mice that love everything tea. They eat tea leaves and drink tea as part of their diet. They're popular among tea connoisseurs, as they can detect the quality of tea by scent and taste, often rejecting tea if it's not up to standards. They also eat coffee beans, but not as enthusiastically.
Trash PandasAs one might guess, it's a raccoon, but this raccoon has a plastic bag like bag on its belly where it stores shiny things it finds (it's bigger on the inside than on the outside) and a lid on its head it can magically retreat to and pretend to be just a normal lid. Unfortunately they often don't realize the lid should match the can.
Void CatsSpecies of black cats that act like normal cats, but occasionally feed of light, stealing all light sources out of a room. Apparently, when they first came to Ellipsa they were terrifying creatures that ate all light they found, but most of them adapted to their environment and became more cat-like creatures. They still have the potential to become monsters, but usually don't bother to (but still eat light).
Zen CapybarasZen Capybaras are like normal capybaras but come in various colors, usually in pastel but other variations exist too. They have an aura that will calm even the angriest creatures down and with regular people the effect is strong enough to make someone feel like their head is full of clouds. Scratching them under their chin will make them stop doing the aura thing, which they sometimes do without meaning to.

Winter Segment

NameDescription
Aurora BearsBears that will always remain cub sized and love humans. They're very shy and need to be lured out of hiding on clear skied nights. They shiny with the colors of the Northern Lights and make good "night lamps" for people afraid of the dark. They eat like regular bears but don't require hibernation. They make perfect pets.
Ghost CatsThey may not have a corporeal form, but they can be seen for some reason unlike most spirits. The ghost cats will provide soothing purrs to anyone who needs some relaxation before the trip - their purrs have special magical attributes that ease anxiety even more than a normal cat's purrs.
Giant Winter HorsesA breed of special horses that have adapted to living in the coldest climates.

Spring Segment

NameDescription
Dark Winged CreaturesThese Dark Creatures are little different from the 'normal' Winged ones and require a lot more work to tame. Some might make you go through a rodeo in the sky, trying to drop you from their back, some may try to scorch you with their fire powers or some might poison you and see if you can power your way through it. Once you earn their trust they will be loyal to you forever. They will give you a ready made amulet infused with their magical power so they can sense where you are and if you're in distress. They won't respond to regular calls.
Flower Fairy DogsThey're dogs (of any breed) that are big enough for someone to ride. They have flowers all over their bodies and they even smell like them. They're often looking for "their" person. A friend for a lifetime - a rider they can carry place to place. If they form a bond with someone they will award them with a whistle that will call them specifically to anywhere by fairy magics.
Winged CreaturesThe Winged creatures can be anything you can imagine to ride. Most common ones are horses and other creatures with hooves, but there have been lions as well, for example. They look like regular animals but they are large enough to ride and have giant wings made out of feathers. They have always helped power holders and favor the Spring Segment due to the windy weather there. They are tameable and can be summoned via special amulets.

Summer Segment

NameDescription
New Bread DinosThese little guys (most are the size of a medium-sized dog) aren't for eating, but are experts on all breads and pastries. Whenever one of them is around the room will be always be perfect for baking. Bread Dinos live in the desert because they hate getting wet. If they are soaked in water they will get upset and bury themselves into the ground or sand. Some more brave dinos even headbutt whatever (or whoever) made them wet before leaving. They rarely attack anyone and love any kind of attention like scritches (which will make anyone's fingers smell like bread).
New Cacti-catsWhile they're irresistibly cute, they can't hide their needles and will poke anything - and anyone - with them. The kittens especially will try to bump their heads on people's legs. If they're given something to eat, they will donate their flowers from their head. A cacti-cats flower is a very good source of nutrients when used in either drinks or food. Sadly they can't eat them so they often trade them for things they do eat.
New Lover CamelsLover Camels look mostly like normal camels, but they have heart shaped fringes and tail tip. They're also known for their matchmaking skills! Most of them only move if there's two people on the saddle, even if it's almost too small for two. Lover Camels are also very quirky. Sometimes they stop entirely until its riders either hold hands or hug each other properly on its back. The more the people riding it get along, the better it obeys orders. Those who bicker and argue may end up having their camels just lay down on the sand.
OctokittensCats with six to eight limbs. They live in the abandoned ship and they’re territorial and won’t appreciate anyone coming to their ship for any reason and will attack viciously. They can also spit ink that includes side effects of going into a berserker mode and not caring who is an ally and who is an enemy. These days they've mostly become tame and let people come in to adopt their kittens who do not possess the same ink that they do.

Autumn Segment

NameDescription
Rain GeckosGeckos of various sizes and colors that make the air around them nice and humid. If they're shown kindness they will follow the person home and make sure their room is always at the perfect humidity. They can also mimic the sound of rain, making them good companions for those who have trouble sleeping.
