Mount: Characters can bring one (1) mount-sized companion into the game.
Do their canon powers need capping: Any game breaking powers need to be nerfed. Characters, who can teleport will be able to do that within Nightwake + all of the districts around it without problems. But if / when they'll go to the segment areas, the maximum distance per teleportation time is 1/4 of the area.
