Do their canon powers need capping: Not really. Their only "canon powers" come from using their Duel Disk to summon up to five monsters at once (there's only five monster zones) and use spells/traps, which are able to be made real thanks to Real Solid Vision, and that's provided they have the cards. Aside from that, they can magically change their appearance to match whoever is in control, and that's not exactly gamebreaking.

Reasoning behind the chosen season: It works well and matches Yuzu, Ruri, and Rin perfectly. Sorry, Serena. Gotta compromise somewhere.
