Upon taking the orange from the tree, Albedo triggers a trap. Very sweet smelling smoke starts flowing inside the room (visible, purple-ish hue). It smells different to all of the people who smell it (it's their favorite scent). If one breathes it in they will eventually pass out.

Albedo also loses one of the hearts under his picture.

(The orange, however, is just a regular orange.)
