Lyney, Lynette, and Addi to the rescue! They've got little grimalkin dolls that they can offer up for the spirits, cat in hat puppets, as well as Addi's dolls (badly made, according to Moss!).

Jinwoo isn't a winter power holder but he can commune with monsters and ask animals for favors to point them the right way, including the skeletons. That's assuming they don't just find the spirits easily. He can also temporarily raise and commune with the souls of the deceased if there are any in the area.
