They fix up the least damaged cart, using tools from the shed, and load up as many rice bags as will fit (after opening a bag or two to check that it's still good to eat)! Hijikata's winged bull will pull it to the city (on the ground, of course). Despite leaving the armour behind and the cellar unexplored, delivering so much free food to the guilds to distribute as they see fit feels pretty good!
