Activity Check-in occurs every month there is an event (which is every other month). During TDM months there is no check-in. To check-in, you just comment on your characters' personal thread the month and year and you're done. Feel free to leave a comment like "checking in", but a blank comment works just as well.

Check-in's can only be done during the month they're meant for, but you can do it at any time of said month. A reminder of check-in will be posted during the last week of the month.

Being on a hiatus will let you ignore the check-in for the month you are on hiatus for (as long as the hiatus is at least a week long).

If you apped during a check-in month, all we require from you is your top-level!

Due to the system being a check-in there is no strike system. If you fail to check in, you're removed from the game. If you're swept you have one week to app back, but after that you need to wait for a month before apping back into the game!

You are permitted to submit AC for someone else if they're unable to for some reason, as long as that person knows this and is willing to comment on the page for confirmation before mid-next month. If they don't comment within time, they will be booted from the game.

As a note we occasionally trim the page by deleting threads of dropped characters. If you're returning and don't see your comment anywhere, just make a new one! If you do see it, and it's screened, feel free to poke us mods in your app comment and we will unscreen it for you!

Dec-Feb is the free zone of no AC due to holidays and new year busy times.

More than anything, we must be cautious of... ...Ourselves. Being brought to a tropical island with complete strangers, and ordered to kill each other to escape... That creates fear in our minds, and the desire to escape that hopeless fear... ...is our worst enemy.
