There's nothing sus in the entrance hall. It's just an empty, dusty hall which immediately leads to the living room seen from the window. It seems like a perfectly normal, abandoned mansion.

Though if spirits can be senses with Mehrak, there is some of those around. But they don't seem to be the cause of the danger alert.
