Taking them home is definitely possible. They won't die on the way, but their seeds won't grow new flowers if the conditions are too warm. So if cool conditions (like a greenhouse that's cold like a fridge) are given, you can cultivate the flower.

The Blossomcrown Botanical Garden would also be interested in the flower if you cultivate them enough and sell them a few for a good price!
