Margaret isn't surprise there are others like her out there, as sad as it is. She explains she had been hiding from some bad guys when the Tragedy hit. During her last moments she saw fit to leave the magical circle behind, just in case her knowledge would be needed.

What she really needs them to mention to the leaders is that there are actually seven people who came from other worlds well before the Tragedy. They come from dimensions linked to Ellipsa - most likely dimensions they're nowadays unable to return to, or do not want to. She came across this information during her time as an adventurer herself. Unfortunately, she couldn't return to Nightwake since they would have struck her down, and while she was waiting for an opportunity, the world as she knew ended.

They all used aliases, but she tells them to them just in case they'd know: Doctor, Scientist, Wizard, Knight, Pierrot, Icarus, Heracles. What they looked like she cannot say, as she only heard the secret meeting they had. They have, however, been very successful at blending in with the society.
