The Naga disappears into smoke, leaving no trace of it behind. The lava also disappears, leaving just a normal room.

In the Naga's place, a treasure chest appears. Inside is the Statue of Encouragement (a small statue with what looks like a thumbs up). It grants courage and determination to those who pray to it.

Next to chest is a teleport pad that will lead them outside, ending their journey. Should they take it, the door they once entered disappears and the question mark symbol is carved onto the stone wall.
