The building door is open, so it's easy to just walk in. They will find what looks like an old school building made of stone and marble. The lobby has some seats, torn and dusty, and an information desk full of documents that have long since faded away. There are three floors and there's stairs leading up right of the information desk and three different hallways on the ground floor (left, right and forward, that's on the left side of the information desk).

There also also some plants that have started growing and taking over the building structures.
