Unless Jean is inclined to stop her, Mukuro will start by attempting to throw a rock at the magic circle (and yell at them both to duck for cover!) to see what happens. If that does nothing, she'd be inclined to see if her earth magic does anything. She's reluctant to personally poke it incase it's a mine.
