Eren tells Reiner to put him down. If the slimes are going to grow in size, so is he, damnit! Reiner does that and gets out of the way of the blast, nyooming to another tree a little ways away. Eren gives him the soul weapon shield to take with him or now. Then he does what he wanted to from the start, his only real trick, transforming into a titan (back on the ground obviously). Sorry about any nearby trees that got scorched from the heat.
He goes to straight up punch Slime BD; he's not worried about fire, obviously. At the same time, he summons the War Hammer's spikes, seeking to impale Slime CBD just to immobilise them. Then he summons, well, a hammer to go SMASH with. (Because this is the War Hammer's weapon creation power it's made of extremely hard crystal and is kind of attached to the Attack Titan's arm, but Eren can detach it himself later. For now he's just swinging that hammer at a hopefully impaled slime.)
But SURPRISE, Eren doesn't realise he can do this until now: fire weapon creation! The crystal hammer bursts into flames. This is all very titan sized and very, very hot.
