- Eat them: hmm, tastes like beans - Use them in potions or cooking: makes it taste like beans - Plant them in soil an nurture: grows a tree in a month's time that has a multi-floor house inside (tree can be anything the player desires it to be, even one that can be found in canon). Doesn't come with furniture and doesn't have electricity or running water. It's just a plain house.
So only planting them is actually useful. This means she can have five tree houses, depending on how she uses the beans. But she will have to discover this by herself as there are no guidelines for the magical beans.
