The rocks can be definitely moved out of the way. What they find is a stair that just ends in the middle. There's a room underneath the stairs but there's quite a fall down.

Luckily the bear is a good sleeper so it's going to continue snoozing for a while, so they have time to work with the stairs if they want to figure out a way down.
